The jECS is now full. Registration for the main meeting is closed. If in unfortunate circumstances you might need to cancel, please find the refund policy below.

Refund Policy: 

The following refund policy applies if you have to cancel your booking:

50% refund for registration fee and room bookings for cancellation received by 17th August.

 No refund for registration fee and room bookings for cancellation received after 17th August.

If you have booked your rooms directly via the Homerton website (not via the UCL Store), please contact Homerton directly for a refund

The Early Bird Fee applied for registrations until 1st June 2024. Attendees registering now need to pay the Registration fee. Registration closes on 1st August 2024. The registration covers attendance for all scientific sessions plus refreshments and lunch during the conference and the evening meals. Accommodation (and breakfast) must be booked separately – please visit the ‘Accommodations’ page in the menu above. 

Interested scientists are always welcome to join the ECS to get the discounted rate for ECS members. This can be done by filling in the membership form available at https://calciumsociety.com before registering for the meeting.  

*Are considered early career researchers those up to 6 years after obtaining their Ph.D. degree (discounting career breaks) and students or those working towards a Master or Ph.D. degree and holder of a valid student card delivered by an academic institution.
